  1. Attend county, municipal and school budget meetings
    Commissioners meetings
    Township meetings
    Borough meetings
    School board meetings
    Other meetings of significant importance

  2. Obtain copies of budgets, revenues and expenditures

  3. Obtain copies of any tax proposals

  4. Obtain copies of any other information of significant importance

  5. Complete all paperwork necessary to gather the required information

  6. Evaluate budgets
    County
    Municipal
    School

  7. Analyze revenue
    Determine new ways to make revenue
    Without raising taxes
    Develop plans based on research
    Suggestions from public
    Plans in use by other agencies

  8. Analyze expenditures
    Determine ways to make efficient cuts on spending
    Equipment
    Supplies
    Maintenance
    Travel
    Training

  9. Determine ways to re-organize current spending practices to save money, and yet be effective
    Agencies
    County
    Townships
    Boroughs
    Schools
    Personnel
    Necessity
    Productivity

  10. Evaluate salaries
    Determine ways to give equal pay for work performed
    Pay cuts and raises
    Elected Officials
    Hired employees
    Pay must be fair and equal
    Based upon job description , experience, performance, hours worked, and mandates

  11. This committee would also serve as financial advisors and auditors for the P.A.C.

  12. Report to the Board of Directors
