We are working on a summary of findings on the PSSA test scores. They show that 25% of the graduating seniors are deficient in math and reading . With these hard figures, a very tight budget, and teacher negotiations going on there is talk of cutting teachers, increasing class sizes, and even cutting kindergarten out with no mention of any cuts to sports or parents paying for their kids to play. The school district is putting sports ahead of educating the students.
